Meet AaronHi, I'm Aaron, and my fitness journey began just before I turned 30. After years of feeling intimidated at the gym, hiring my first personal trainer gave me the skills and confidence to achieve noticeable results. Now, with over a decade of experience and learning from top trainers, I bring a unique perspective to my clients' needs and concerns.
I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute of Florida in 2024 with a diploma in Personal Training and hold certifications in SpeedBlast (Speed, Agility, Quickness) and OsteoBlast (Bone Health) modalities. My goal is to help clients lead healthier lives and reach their fitness goals through personalized, fun, and results-oriented training sessions. After spending nearly 7 years in Costa Rica, I returned to Florida in 2023 and now live in Orlando with my husband, Jorge, and our five dogs. I am dedicated to supporting my clients by creating tailored programs that build confidence, strength, and overall health. By focusing on realistic expectations and a step-by-step approach, I ensure clients don't feel overwhelmed and can see steady progress. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable and motivated to achieve their fitness goals. Qualifications

As soon as I graduated from Rollins College, I became certified as a Personal Trainer through NASM. A few months later, I continued my education at the National Personal Training Institute in Orlando, receiving my diploma in Personal Training. "Do what you love" has always been my motto in life. Training (myself and others) is my passion. As a trainer, I begin with the basics and progress from there. I am always looking for new and improved ways to approach health and fitness. Corrective exercise, posture, strength and conditioning, sustainability, and self-awareness of one's body and mind are fundamental aspects of my training approach. |
I began All-Inclusive Fitness to create a training process that genuinely comes from my heart and aims to help clients reach health and fitness goals while providing the tools they need to sustain a healthy lifestyle and obtain healthy, functional longevity. I love learning and will continue doing so for as long as possible. I will always look for a solution and believe there is always a way to find one. As a Coach/Personal Trainer, I aim to assist my clients in personal growth, internally and externally, as we focus on mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing. Training is about YOU, and I am here to help guide you toward a healthier life. |
