This is All Inclusive Fitness’s one month Foundation Program. This program takes you through the essential baseline movements you will see throughout fitness and daily life. This program also breaks everything down for you so you know exactly what to do and how to do it. It includes videos on how to do each movement/exercise. If you need help with your form on any movements, you can send a video of you performing the movement and Casey will contact you back with tips/adjustments to correct your form. You will not feel alone in this.
This program gradually builds from day 1 to day 30 so you don’t get overwhelmed, as we all know starting a program and building a foundation can be one of the hardest parts! That's why this program is designed to really take you through everything step by step and set you up for true success on your fitness journey! Lastly, this intro program only requires the use of dumbbells and body weight so you don't need to feel overwhelmed by not having access to every single piece of gym equipment. You can do it from home, or simply at the gym just using these two modalities. The goal is to keep it simple, but effective. All Inclusive Fitness is here for you!

Assistance: send us a video of you performing any movements you need assistance with and we will provide visual/verbal feedback to help you perform movements safely and gain the most out of your program
