Why is working with All Inclusive Fitness better than joining the gym?**
In some cases, training in a bigger gym can be overwhelming and may feel like a judgmental zone where you feel like people are constantly staring at you. Training with All Inclusive Fitness is special because we operate as a home gym, completely judgement free and a safe space to talk freely and openly, exercise without numerous people around you, a comfortable space where it is just you and your trainer, and complete focus on you and your workouts.

Why work with your AIF personal trainer?
AIF cares about you, your goals, and your whole person health. AIF listens to what you want and need and designs programming completely based on this. If you have any needs for modifications (whether it be because of an injury, medical condition, or something else) AIF programs accordingly, while still getting the job done! If at any point your goals change or we need to modify programming further, you are fully taken care of.

How quickly will I reach my fitness goal?
Well, it depends! Many factors play into reaching one’s fitness goals. What your goal is. How soon/long you’re wanting to reach the goal. Your body type. Your nutrition!! Yes, I said it, nutrition! Your sleep. Your lifestyle habits. Work in the gym as well as work outside of the gym.
I know this can all seem overwhelming, but that’s why I am here! Leave it up to your professional trainer to break your goals down for you. AIF creates a step by step approach so that you don’t feel overwhelmed and can consistently hit smaller goals to eventually achieve your larger goal! |
What is a step by step approach and why do you use it?
Think about a big goal you have in mind. Could you accomplish it tomorrow? Next week? The answer is most likely no. But why? Because, oftentimes, a big goal takes time and multiple steps to finally achieve that goal! These multiple steps are what we call baby steps, aka, the step by step approach. There are multiple steps that lead to achieving a greater goal. If you tried to achieve that big goal by tomorrow or next week, you either wouldn’t have enough time, it would be lacking foundation and structure, or it would be so daunting and overwhelming that you might just say, “forget it”.
We use a step by step approach to make sure none of these three things happen! We use SMART goals - specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely. You can’t build a house in one week. That is an unrealistic expectation. So, you need to understand all of the parts to then formulate a realistic expectation of how long it might take to build a house! The same goes for goal setting and training progress. I don’t want any of my clients to feel overwhelmed by their goals or the process of achieving goals. I help by breaking goals down to a step by step approach that works with what each client is ready and able to do. Then, once those steps are reached, we can then feel more ready and able to add further steps, and begin climbing towards that big goal! |
